A worksplate, R & W HAWTHORN LESLIE & Co Ld, 2623, 1905, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to Black Park Colliery Co Ltd, Chirk, Denbighshire, named SPIDER. Became National Coal Board in January 1947 and transferred in 1949 to Bersham Colliery and Ifton Colliery, Shropshire in 1964. Its final move was in February 1969 to the NCB Ladysmith Railways system, Whitehaven where it was scrapped on site in March 1972 by S. Morgan & Sons Ltd. Cast brass, 12"x7¾", the front repainted.
