A worksplate, LMS BUILT 1905 HORWICH. Locos built by the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway at Horwich in 1905 included Aspinall designed 1008 Class 2-4-2T radial tanks some of which survived into BR days numbered in the 508XX series. Cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted, a few service knocks. (Postage Band: B)
