A BR(M) direction sign, BRITISH RAILWAYS, APPLEBY EAST AND WEST STATIONS, (f/f), pointing towards the North Eastern station on the Stainmore route and the Midland station on the Settle and Carlisle line. Enamel, 28"x13", excellent colour and shine, slight mottling, a couple of neat repairs to face chips to the right and edge chip repairs to the left, all away from the lettering.
