A nameplate, DONNINGTON CASTLE, from the GWR 4073 Castle Class 4-6-0 No 4089 built at Swindon in July 1925 and named after the castle two miles north of Newbury in Berkshire. Allocated to Bristol Bath Road by January 1948 and later Laira, Old Oak Common, Worcester, Reading and Southall from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 5 September 1964 and sold for scrap to Hayes at Bridgend.
