A locomotive nameplate, DOLDOWLOD HALL, from a GWR 5900? Hall Class 4-6-0 5942 built at Swindon in 1935. Its BR sheds included Oxley, Reading, Oxford and Shrewsbury from where it was withdrawn in December 1963 and scrapped in June 1964 at John Cashmore Great Bridge. Doldowlod Hall is located five miles south of Rhayader, Radnorshire and notable as the one-time home of the engineer James Watt. Ex loco condition.
