A cabside numberplate, SOUTHERN RAILWAY B194, from a London Brighton & South Coast Railway B1 Class 0-4-2 No 194 built at Brighton in July 1888, the class usually referred to as Gladstones. It became SR B194 and was withdrawn from Brighton in July 1931 following a collision and cut up at Brighton Works. Originally named Bickersteth, it lost its name in SR days. Cast brass, 13 1/2"x7 1/2" the front repainted. (Postage Band: C)
