A locomotive nameplate BRUNEL, from Peckett 1071 of 1906, a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to the Ebbw Vales Steel, Iron and Coal Co Ltd, Newport Wharf, Monmouthshire and numbered 20. The company became Richard Thomas & Co Ltd in November 1935, and the locomotive transferred in 1955 to Richard Thomas & Baldwins Elba Steel Works, Gowerton, Swansea, where it was scrapped in 1966. Cast brass, length 24½", the front repainted. (Dispatch by P&P Agent/Collect from Banbury Depot)
