A nameplate, GWALIOR, from a LMS Jubilee Class 6P No 5589, becoming BR 45589, built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 24147, in December 1934 and named on 21 February 1936 after a then Indian State. A long time Holbeck engine, it moved briefly at the end to Wakefield from where it was withdrawn in March 1965 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. Cast brass, length 28¾", the front repainted. (Postage Band: D)
