A worksplate, AVONSIDE ENGINE Co, 1973, 1920, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST which was acquired for preservation from Barton Power Station in Lancashire. It has resided at a number of homes since then including the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, Flying Scotsman Enterprises and then the Market Overton Railway Association, both of which were based at Market Overton, and the Rutland Railway Museum. It can currently be found on the premises of John Scholes at Rippingale near Bourne where it carries the name DORA. Cast brass, 10¾"x6½", the front cleaned and polished but unpainted.
