A train staff, THRAPSTON & KIMBOLTON, with its box, as used for staff and ticket working on the Kettering to Huntingdon route which closed to passengers in 1958 and this section to freight in 1963. The staff is brass, with steel fittings. The wooden box has been repainted and contains an LMS blue paper 'ticket' for the section. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
