An Indian Railways cabside numberplate, 139, M2, from a metre gauge 4-4-0 built by Ajmer in 1923 for the Bombay, Baroda & Central India Railway. It retained this number to the end, never being allocated an All-India number on the Western Railway. It was probably scrapped in the mid 1970s. Cast brass, 19"x10", the front repainted. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
