A worksplate, L.B.& S.C.R., No 81, Brighton, 1910, from a LB&SCR I3 Class 4-4-2T No 81 built at Brighton in December 1910, becoming SR No 2081 and BR 32081. Allocated to Three Bridges by January 1948, it moved the following year to Eastbourne before finishing its days back at Three Bridges from where it was withdrawn on 11 August 1951 and cut up at Eastleigh Works. Cast brass with engraved characters, 16"x9½", the front lightly polished. (Postage Band: C)
