A locomotive nameplate, HENRIETTA, incorporating its building details, L&NWR Co CREWE WORKS JAN 1886 and the later stamping REBUILT 1890, from a London & North Western Railway Samson Class 2-4-0 No 814. It was scrapped in January 1890 but its nameplates were reused on a Waterloo (or Whitworth) Class 2-4-0, also numbered 814, and later renumbered 3117. This later engine became LMS No 5083, which number was applied in May 1928, only for the engine to be withdrawn just two months later.
