A Great Northern Railway three aspect handlamp, by P&W Macllelan with their oval embossed brass makers plate, a large plate to the side occupying the entire height of the body, GNR.EL ENGINEERS DEPT, LOUTH No 35 GATE HOUSE (EL = East Lincolnshire), 5¾"x2½", the body and top are both stamped GNR, 11735.
