A smokebox numberplate, 47362, from a LMS Class 3F 0-6-0T No 16444 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 23441, in 1926, renumbered 7362 in 1934, becoming BR 47362. Allocated to Crewe South by January 1935 and later Willesden, Speke Junction, Warrington Dallam, Carnforth and Newton Heath from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 6 November 1965 and sold for scrap to T.W. Ward at Killamarsh. The front repainted. (Postage Band: D)
