A nameplate, KING UTHER, with KING ARTHUR CLASS appendage below, from a London & South Western Railway N15 Class 4-6-0 No 737 built at Eastleigh Works in October 1919, becoming SR King Arthur Class still 737 and BR 30737. Named after King Arthur's father in Arthurian legend. It spent all its BR days at Bournemouth from where it was withdrawn in June 1956 and cut up at Eastleigh Works. Cast brass, length 39¼", the front probably repainted when acquired from the railway, the lettering and border unpolished, with clear marks around the bolt holes, the back has the engine number stamped in the lower panel.
