A worksplate, W.G. BAGNALL, 2643, 1941. From a standard gauge 0-6-0PT new in 1943 to the War Department Shropshire & Montgomeryshire Railway at Kinnerley, near Shrewsbury. In 1944 it was transferred to the WD depot at Sinfin Lane, Derby. Sold in 1948 to the National Coal Board for use at Morton Colliery, near Clay Cross, Derbyshire. The colliery closed in early 1965 and the locomotive scrapped. Cast brass, 8"x5½", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
