A worksplate, BRUSH SULZER, 555, 1964, from a BR Class 47 No D1793 allocated new to Tinsley in December 1964, renumbered 47312 in April 1974 and named Parsec of Europe from July 1997 and March 1999. Withdrawn from Bescot in February 1999, it was cut up in March 2003 by EWS at Wigan CRDC. Cast aluminium, 9¼"x5¼", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: C)
