A smokebox numberplate, 63923, from a Great Northern Railway/LNER O2 Class 2-8-0 No 3478 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 22692, in May 1921, renumbered 3923 in 1946, becoming BR 63923. Allocated to Langwith Junction by January 1948 and then New England before moving in March 1951 to Grantham from where it was withdrawn on 29 December 1962 and sold for scrap to Central Wagon Co at Wigan.
