A smokebox numberplate, 8408, from a (GWR) 9400 Class 0-6-0PT built by Bagnall, Works No 2918 in January 1950. It spent all its short working life shunting in Swansea Docks, first at Danygraig and then Swansea East Dock from where it was withdrawn in September 1959 following which it was used as a stationary boiler at Truro until July 1964 when it was sold for scrap to Cohens at Morriston. Repainted. (Postage Band: D)
