A GWR cabside numberplate, 9796, from a 8750 Class 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in September 1936. Allocated to Cardiff Canton by January 1958 and later Aberbeeg, it spent most of its BR days at Pontypool Road from where it was withdrawn in February 1965 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Newport.
