A worksplate, NORTH BRITISH LOCO CO, HYDE PARK, 24340, 1936, from a LMS Class 4 2-6-4 No 2584 which became BR 42584. It spent most of its BR days at Brunswick and its other sheds included Stoke, Bletchley, Speke Junction and Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in July 1964 and sold for scrap to Central Wagon Co at Ince, Wigan. Engraved brass, 6" diameter, the front lightly polished. (Postage Band: C)
