A nameplate, WESTWOOD, with its matching worksplate, HUDSWELL CLARKE, 1036, 1913, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST which went new to Platt Brothers at Moston Colliery, Moston, Manchester. Ownership transferred to the National Coal Board in 1947 and the loco then worked at a number of collieries in the area before finally moving to Ravenhead Colliery in 1967. The Colliery closed on 18 October 1968 and this loco was scrapped on site the following month. The nameplate cast brass 33"x6½", the front repainted, the worksplate engraved brass 13"x8", lightly cleaned. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
