A worksplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 69782, DARLINGTON WORKS, 1911, from a North Eastern Railway Class Y 4-6-2T No 1182 built in March 1911. It became LNER A7 Class, retaining its NER number, and was renumbered 9782 in 1946, becoming BR 69782. At Hull Dairycoates by January 1948 and later Tyne Dock and Hull Springhead from where it was withdrawn on 16 December 1957 and subsequently scrapped. Cast brass, 9"x5", cleaned but unpainted.
