A worksplate, HAWTHORN LESLIE, 2789, 1912, from a standard gauge 0-4-0ST new to Lambton, Hetton & Joicey Collieries, their No 12, which spent most of its time at Philadelphia then Dawdon Colliery and was scrapped in December 1967. Cast brass, 13"x8½", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
