A worksplate, NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE Co, HYDE PARK WORKS, 24780, 1942, from a LMS Class 8F 2-8-0 No 8200 which became BR 48200. Allocated new to Toton on 17 June 1942, it moved in August 1958 to Barrow Hill and later Edge Hill, Newton Heath and Bolton from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 13 January 1968 and cut up by Drapers at Hull in the week ending 27 April 1968. Cast brass, 7¾" diameter, cleaned and the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
