A smokebox numberplate, 46511, from a (LMS) Class 2 2-6-0 built at Swindon and allocated new on 12 December 1952 to Oswestry where it spent all its working life except a final few months at Shrewsbury from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 2 October 1965 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge.
