A worksplate, ENGLISH ELECTRIC/VULCAN FOUNDRY No 3525/D954, 1965, from a BR Class 37 No D6965 built in February 1965 and allocated new to Tinsley, becoming 37265 in March 1974. Renumbered 37430 in March 1986 and named CWMBRAN from May 1986 until March 2002. Withdrawn in April 2003, it was cut up by European Metal Reprocessing at Kingsbury in May 2008. Chromed cast brass, 10¼"x4½", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
