A BR(M) departure board, GLASGOW, STARLIGHT SPECIAL, enamel, 26"x4¾", excellent colour and shine, edge chipping and a couple of blemishes to letters. The Starlight Special was a cheap fare overnight (seating only) service from Marylebone to Glasgow via the GW&GC main line, Settle and Carlisle and Glasgow and South Western route, often Jubilee hauled.
