A worksplate, RANSOMES, SIMS & JEFFERIES, 14332, IPSWICH, ENGLAND, from a 7hp single cylinder traction engine built May 1902, delivered to J. Russel, Ridgemont, Bedfordshire, later sold to A.T. Oliver, Wandon End, Herts, registered NK960 in 1921, transferred to the Bedfordshire Agricultural Executive Committee in 1944, scrapped in 1950 by E Goodman at New Bradwell. Cast brass, 9¼"x6", the front repainted. (Collect from Banbury Depot/Posted by Woodford Halse Office)
