A locomotive nameplate, BERRINGTON HALL, from a GWR 4900 Hall Class 4-6-0 No 4912 built at Swindon in February 1929 and named after the National Trust property three miles north of Leominster. At Pontypool Road by January 1948, its later sheds were St Philips Marsh, Swindon, Stafford Road, Shrewsbury and Oxley from where it was withdrawn by 11 August 1962 and cut up at Swindon Works on the following 14 December.
