A worksplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 62756, Darlington, 1934, from a LNER D49 Hunt Class 4-4-0 No 230 THE BROCKLESBY, renumbered 2756 in 1946, becoming BR 62756. Allocated new to Bridlington and later Hull Botanic Gardens, Neville Hill and Scarborough from where it was withdrawn in April 1958 and subsequently scrapped. Cast brass, 9"x5", lightly cleaned.
