A worksplate, NEILSON & Co, 4249, 1890, from a standard gauge 0-4-0 side tank new to Gas Light & Coke Co at Beckton Gas Works, Essex, as their No 20. Rebuilt at Becton in 1929 and passed to the North Thames Gas Board in May 1949. Scrapped on site by George Cohen in May 1960. Engraved brass, 9"x5½", in ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
