A BR(Sc) totem sign, CANONBIE, (f/f), from the Riddings Junction to Langholm route which closed to passengers in 1964 and to freight in 1967. The branch ran north west from the southern end of the Waverley route. An edge chip above the lower left fixing (just into the blue) expertly restored and minor blemishes in the lower panel similarly treated, hardly noticeable. (Postage Band: D)
