A worksplate, GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY, No 605, DONCASTER, 1893, from a GNR J13 Class 0-6-0ST No 926, which became LNER J52 Class No 3926 and was renumbered 8760 in 1946, becoming BR 68760. Its BR sheds were Hornsey and New England from where it was withdrawn in November 1954 and cut up at Doncaster Works. Cast brass, 10¾"x6½", the front repainted. (Postage Band: C)
