A South African Railways cabside numberplate, 3214, from a 3ft 6ins gauge Class 23 4-8-2 built by Henschel, Works No 24168, in 1938. A general utility locomotive, all were withdrawn in the 1970s. Cast aluminium, 20¾"x14½", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: C)
