A worksplate, NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE Co, 26106, 1947, from a LNER B1 Class 4-6-0 No 1205, becoming BR 61205. Allocated new to Grantham in June 1947 and later Stratford, New England, Peterborough, Norwich and March from where it was withdrawn in November 1963 and transferred to Departmental Stock as Departmental No 20 from which role it was condemned in January 1965 and sold for scrap to R.A. King at Norwich. Cast brass, 13¾"x5½", lightly cleaned but unpainted. (Postage Band: C)
