Worksplate, ARMSTRONG WHITWORTH, 1440, 1937, from a LMS Class 5 4-6-0 (4)5385, withdrawn from Springs Branch in November 1966 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. Cast brass, 8¼"x5", loss at one hole and repair at another, the front lightly cleaned.
