A worksplate, BIRMINGHAM RAILWAY CARRIAGE & WAGON Co, DEL 238 1962, from a BR Class 27 D5395 allocated new to Cricklewood in June 1962, renumbered 27107 in April 1974 and 27051 in September 1982, withdrawn from Eastfield in July 1987 and cut up by V. Berry at Leicester the following October. Chromed brass, 8"x5¾", ex loco condition with some green paint on the rim. (Postage Band: C)
