A locomotive nameplate, MEDUSA, marked with its building details, L&NWR Co CREWE WORKS MAY 1905, from a LNWR Precursor Class 4-4-0 No 306, later 4481, which became LMS 5292 in July 1926 and 25292 in December 1936, which number it carried until withdrawal on 14 April 1945.
