A smokebox numberplate, 5525, from a GWR 4500 Class 2-6-2T built at Swindon in May 1928 and allocated new to St Blazey. Its later sheds included Exeter, Bristol Bath Road, Truro, Taunton, St Blazey again and Newton Abbot from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 1 September 1962 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Newport. The front repainted, three vertical weld repairs. (Postage Band: D)
