A worksplate, BEYER PEACOCK, FRANCO-BELGE, 7557, 1951, from a 3ft 6ins gauge 4-6-4+4-6-4 Garratt built for Rhodesian Railways, their Class 15A No 416, one of only ten of this large class subcontracted to Franco Belge. Later refurbished at the ZECO Works in Bulawayo in the 1980s. It was then named UBHEJANE meaning Black Rhino. Cast brass, 13½"x6½", in ex loco condition. (Postage Band: C)
