A smokebox numberplate, 4135, from a GWR 5101 Class 2-6-2T built at Swindon in October 1939. A long time Pontypool Road engine, it finished its days at Hereford from where it was withdrawn in June 1964 and sold for scrap to Birds at Risca. Repainted, the back marked CAERPHILLY. (Postage Band: D)
