A worksplate, BRITISH RAILWAYS CREWE BUILT 1964 POWER EQUIPMENT BY BRUSH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD AND SULZER, from an unidentified BR Class 47 locomotive. Those built by BR at Crewe in 1964 were numbered D1550-D1641 which were later renumbered in the 47XXX series. Cast aluminium, 13"x6½", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
