A smokebox numberplate, 48619, from a LMS Class 8F 2-8-0 No 8619 built to Railway Executive Committee order by the Southern Railway at Ashford and allocated new to Stourton on 8 October 1943. Its later sheds were Leicester MR, Wellingborough, Coalville and Westhouses from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 26 March 1966 and taken for scrap by Cashmores at Great Bridge on 2 June 1966.
