A worksplate, DATONG dated 1966.8 (August 1968) from a Chinese QJ class 2-10-2 locomotive numbered in the range 242-258. At some time in 1968 the makers stopped putting the month on the plates so those are a lot rarer than plates with just the year. Cast iron, 29½"x9". (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
