An LMS Hawkseye target sign, BANBURY (MERTON STREET), from the LNWR Verney Junction to Buckingham and Banbury route which closed in 1966. Until 1953 the station was served by trains from the Stratford-upon-Avon and Midland Junction branch from Towcester. Cast aluminium, length 71", the front repainted. (Postage Band: N/A)
