A GWR nameboard, BROMLEY DOWN LINE GROUND FRAME, from the former Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway freight branch from Kingswinford Junction, controlled the access to Richard Thomas & Baldwins scrap sidings (north of Stourbridge) to Bromley Basin on the Stourbridge Extension Canal. In 1925 the GWR extended the line to Oxley, providing a through route to Wolverhampton. A passenger service was introduced with more intermediate stations, including Bromley Halt. This service lasted six years only. Cast iron, 59"x15", original condition. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
