A smokebox numberplate, 75035, from a BR Standard Class 4 4-6-0 built at Swindon and allocated new to Bletchley on 13 August 1953. Its later sheds were Chester, Bangor, Llandudno Junction, Rhyl, Nuneaton, Stoke and finally Tebay where it was used as a banking engine to assist trains climbing Shap incline. Withdrawn from Tebay in the week ending 22 July 1967, it was sold for scrap to Campbell at Airdrie. The front repainted. (Postage Band: D)
