A locomotive nameplate, FARNBOROUGH HALL, from a GWR 4900 Hall Class 4-6-0 No 4927 built at Swindon in May 1929 and named after the Grade 1 country house six miles north of Banbury owned by the National Trust. It spent many years at Bristol Bath Road with spells at Severn Tunnel Junction, Neath, Goodwick and Llanelly from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and sold for scrap to Cohens at Morriston.
